Meeting called to order at 8:20 PM.

Motion made to authorize treasurer to purchase food for Small Town Saturday Night dinner. This motion was seconded and approved unanimously.

Charlie Nelson of the Minnesota Historical Society will assist the reconstruction of the house on July 9-11 2002.

Ribbon cutting scheduled for July 13, 2002 at Small Town Saturday Night following the Children’s Parade.

Motion made to begin insurance coverage by Lindfors Insurance of Fosston: $43/3 months, $1,000,000 liability, and no coverage for directors. This motion was seconded and approved unanimously. Offer made by Brown & Brown of East Grand Forks MN was declined.
