Chairman Vraa called the meeting to order at 8:15.
Minutes of the 10 April 2003 meeting were approved.

Treasurer’s report: Income…..donation from Helen Estenson --- $1000,
Balances….. A-savings $10.55, D-savings $1259.25, checking 1034.47, CD $15,000
Motion and second to approve Treasurer’s report as presented was passed unanimously..

Old Business:
1. Lease with the city was signed

2. Sawmill in Crookston will be running on June 14 and 15th. The Society needs to get logs to Crookston the first week in June. We should have 6 people there for cutting.

New Business:

3. Small Town Saturday:
    (a) Basket, quilt raffle 8-8:30. Keith will see Gail
    (b) Social - dessert
    (c) Grant - Phil, Janet, and I will write
    (d) Possible prairie program - call Dan Svedarsky 3 pm - small town idea for seeding
    (e) Horse and buggy - Lindy Schultz
    (f) Sweet Soup - Helen, Eunice, and Bernice
    (g) Freddie's could donate
